The Board of Directors (the Board) of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Ontario Division seeks your input as it launches a comprehensive, provincewide consultation process to help inform the development of the organization’s next three-year strategic plan.
A key component to the Board’s consultation process is valued feedback from all levels of the organization. Front-line staff, senior leadership, local board volunteers, people with lived experience, and others associated with the CMHA branches are encouraged to participate throughout this process.
The Board is also reaching out beyond the CMHA to solicit feedback from groups such as: the provincial government; partners within the community mental health and addictions sector; and non-sector partners and groups not typically consulted but affected by the work of CMHA Ontario.
Consultation will take many forms. For example, telephone interviews, regional in-person consultations and online surveys.
To help keep branches and relevant stakeholders informed of the Strategic Plan consultation process, CMHA Ontario has created this webpage. It will be updated regularly so check back often for more information on how you can get involved. You can also follow CMHA on Facebook and Twitter to receive regular updates about the Board’s engagement process and how you can get involved.
