CMHA and Partners for Mental Health launch ‘Not Myself Today’ workplace mental health campaign

Campaign aims to raise awareness and funds in support of workplace mental health

notmyselftodayPartners for Mental Health (PFMH) and CMHA will officially launch the ‘Not Myself Todayworkplace mental health campaign across Canada on May 9th and it will run to June 6th.

This is primarily a fundraising campaign that will solicit funds and support for improving mental health in the workplace while bringing issues related to workplace mental health to the forefront. PFMH has designated CMHA workplace mental health programs and services and its annual Bottom Line Conference as the focus of this campaign.

The final day of the campaign, June 6th will be Not Myself Day @ Work. On this day, there will be a blitz of activity with special events in workplaces across Canada.

Support a psychologically healthy work environment in your organization by engaging employees with the campaign during May-June and using the guidelines, tools and resources provided.

Become an ‘Not Myself Today @ Work’ partner and show your support by wearing your mood & holding a Not Myself Day event to help promote workplace mental health.

Financially support the cause to improve workplace mental health. Funds raised will go towards awareness education and engagement campaigns of Partners for Mental Health and programs and services that support workplace mental health available from the Canadian Mental Health Association, such as the Bottom Line Conference and Mental Health Works.
