Last year, more than 70 landmarks, organizations and buildings across Ontario were lit green for Mental Health Week (see full list here). CMHA Ontario and Children’s Mental Health Ontario (CMHO) are joining forces again this year for this important awareness initiative.
If your organization participated in 2016, thank you! If not, we’d like to invite you to join the campaign this year (May 1-7).
Participating is easy. Fill out the form below telling us what building you’re going to light up in green. We’ll add it to the list, help spread the word and promote it on social media.
Going green for mental health is a simple way for you remind the community that we must make mental health a priority and reduce wait times for service.
Individuals can also take part by wearing green or taking pictures near numerous landmarks illuminated green throughout the province and sharing them on social media using the hashtag #GETLOUD and #kidscantwait.
If you, your business or organization would like to illuminate your building as well, let us know and we’ll add it to the list below.
