CMHA volunteers play a crucial role in our organization and our community. Without the dedication of volunteers, many programs offered by our branches would not be possible.
That’s why from April 7-13, CMHA joins organizations across the country in celebrating Canada’s 12.7 million volunteers during National Volunteer Week.
Volunteering can take many forms. At CMHAs across the country, volunteers are found working on special projects or programs, within fundraising activities such as Ride Don’t Hide, or serving on local boards. All of these activities help improve quality of life for individuals and families who are affected by mental health issues.
From all of us at CMHA Ontario, thank you to the amazing volunteers our branches work with every day. We truly appreciate your dedication in helping us work towards good mental health for all.
