April 24, 2014

Mental Health Week Website ScreenshotDid you know this is the 63rd year that Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) has led Mental Health Week (MHW)? Do you want to find out more about the focus of MHW 2014? Interested in taking a quiz to assess your own mental health?

If you’re looking for answers, then check out the official website of Mental Health Week.

There you can find information about aspects of our campaign this year, such as:

  • CMHA’s fine vs. “phine” initiative – are you fine when you’re really not? If so, you’re “phine.” Learn about this new word MHW is introducing to the English language during MHW
  • Why women are more likely than men to develop a mental illness – get fact sheets about women’s mental health, which is a sub-theme of this year’s MHW.
  • Getting your hands on mental health-related brochures – find out about “ShopCMHA” and order materials to help you further your understanding about mental health issues.
