Creating Together

CMHA Ontario supported Creating Together, an initiative led by the Ontario Mental Health and Addictions Knowledge Exchange Network (OMHAKEN, now EENet) to facilitate a collaborative engagement process to identify priority areas for research in mental health and addictions.

A variety of forums, surveys, and consultations were held throughout the province in order to draft a collaborative vision of research priorities for the province in the areas of mental health and addictions. Five large priority areas were identified. OMHAKEN prepared a final report, which was then shared with policymakers and stakeholders throughout the province, with the hope of forging linkages, sparking a dialogue, and encouraging research in the areas identified.

Visit the EENet website for a copy of the final report.
