If you or someone you know is looking for mental health resources to support themselves, post-secondary students, staff, administration or faculty, the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health can help!
The Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health (CICMH) is a unique partnership between Colleges Ontario (CO), the Council of Ontario Universities (COU), the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance (OUSA), the College Student Alliance (CSA), and Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Division (CMHA Ontario). CICMH supports campus and community partners in addressing the mental wellness of the post-secondary population. Available resources include free access to webinars with mental health experts, infosheets (information sheets) and toolkits on various topics linked to campus mental health, the Mental Health on Campus podcast, and more! Additionally, infosheets and toolkits are also available in French.
Visit the CICMH website or watch the All About CICMH webinar to learn more about the Centre. Browse available training and free resources on the website including More Feet on the Ground, an online tool intended to be a one-stop shop for any post-secondary professional or student leader looking to understand more about mental health and refer a student to relevant programs on campus.
