Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Ontario Division CEO Camille Quenneville was featured on Breakfast Television Toronto recently as part of an expert panel discussion on taking care of your mental health during COVID-19.
Quenneville, alongside Mount Sinai Hospital psychiatrist Dr. Ariel Dalfen as well as resilience researcher and education expert Dr. Rumeet Billan, discussed the overall mental health impacts of the pandemic, signs to watch for in yourself or a loved one to know if a mental health concern may be developing, strategies to combat the emotional toll of COVID-19, and more. The panel was moderated by Breakfast Television’s Sid Seixeiro and Melanie Ng.
