The fifth annual Canadian Conference on Elder Law will take place on October 29 and 30, 2010 at the Delta Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. The conference will bring together Canadian and international experts, academics, practitioners, and community and advocacy organizations to promote and advance the discussion of elder law issues. The schedule will include speakers on issues related to elder rights, ageism and the law, access to justice, and law reform for older people. The conference is a collaboration of the Law Commission of Ontario, the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly and the Canadian Centre for Elder Law, affiliated with the British Columbia Law Institute.
