The EnHANCE Ontario project team is offering a series of teleseminars designed to increase awareness about the project and its deliverables, educate participants about the importance of interprofessional collaboration, and share recommendations and steps for enhancing inter-organizational relationships in their local context.
EnHANCE stands for Enabling Collaboration in Primary and Mental Health Care and Addictions Through Interprofessional Care and Education. The EnHANCE Ontario project will lead a sustainable culture change and build capacity in inter-organizational partnerships and interprofessional collaborative practice among leaders and providers who work across Family Health Teams, Community Health Centres, and mental health and addiction agencies.
Topics include best practice workshops, building capacity workshops, a provider’s toolkit, a leader’s toolkit, education tools, research and evaluation, and communities of practice.
