Mental Health Works and the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health are supporting workplace and post-secondary student mental health, respectively, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
Mental Health Works is providing a free webinar series to help employees and employers address the impact these circumstances may have on our work and well-being. Check out mentalhealthworks.ca for more information on webinars related to stress, anxiety, isolation, loneliness, mindfulness and support for health care professionals, including dates, times and registration details.
Meanwhile, the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health has been publishing new tools to support student mental health, including a crisis resources webpage with provincial, national and international options, an equity, diversity and inclusion toolkit that offers guidance on how to support students from all walks of life, and an info sheet on well-being and the online environment that has tips on supporting student and faculty well-being virtually.
Mental Health Works is a nationwide social enterprise of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Division. It provides capacity-building workshops, presentations and webinars that are person-centred, evidence-based, and solutions-focused. Learn more at www.mentalhealthworks.ca.
