The Minding Our Bodies project helps community mental health organizations deliver programs that promote positive physical and mental health connections through physical activity and healthy eating. The project is an initiative of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario in partnership with the Mood Disorders Association of Ontario, Nutrition Resource Centre, YMCA Ontario and York University’s Faculty of Health, with support from the Ministry of Health Promotion and Sport.
