“12 Hours That Can Change Your Life”
Living Life to the Full is a fun and engaging eight-week course that provides people from all walks of life with the tools to help manage life’s challenges. Along with other group members, you’ll learn how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours work together to impact your overall well-being. Delivered by certified facilitators, each 90-minute session (once per week) focuses on a different topic, such as self confidence, problem-solving, stress management, motivation, dealing with unhelpful thoughts, and anger management.
Living Life to the Full is suitable for people of all ages – from youth to seniors. It is available to participants in English and French (with booklets available in various languages) through local CMHA branches and community partners across Canada. The program was developed by Dr. Chris Williams, a psychiatrist in the U.K., and CMHA British Columbia holds the exclusive licence to the program in Canada.
