Resilient MindsTM is an evidence-based, peer-to-peer, skills development program designed by and for fire fighters using the latest literature on resilience, trauma-informed practices and stress-related/occupational psychological injuries.
Resilient Minds™ is dedicated to building resilient fire teams and services – to educate, empower and equip fire fighters with the skills and resources to grow and maintain psychological wellness. CMHA believes in inspiring fire fighters to recognize and respond to psychological injuries and trauma in the workplace, promoting a shift to a supportive, mentally fit culture.
Thanks to a grant by Movember, CMHA is offering a special discounted rate for our two services – Train-The-Trainer workshop & Resilient MindsTM course.

To continue improving the psychological health of fire fighters and other first responder groups, we require all participants to engage in surveys to assess the impact and effectiveness of the program.
Surveys will be anonymous and take place before and after the training. Two additional surveys – once three months and 12 months after – will also be conducted to assess the short and long-term impacts of the Resilient MindsTM program. Participation in surveys is mandatory to qualify for the special discounted rate.
