Resilient MindsTM is an evidence-informed, peer-to-peer, skill-building program designed by and for career and volunteer firefighters across Canada to develop strategies to mitigate and better manage occupational stress and enhance personal resilience, resulting in informed and healthier teams.

Resilient Minds training is offered in two delivery options:
- For those who are looking for a fundamental course to improve firefighter mental health, build resiliency and understand the impacts of trauma on yourself and the public you work with, the Resilient Minds Course may be right for you. - For those who are interested in directly delivering mental health training within your fire department, our Train-the-Trainer Course may be for you. This 24-hour course will help prepare and certify you to become a Peer Instructor to deliver the 8-hour Resilient Minds Course within your fire hall.
