CMHA and Partners for Mental Health launch ‘Not Myself Today’ workplace mental health campaign

Campaign aims to raise awareness and funds in support of workplace mental health

notmyselftodayPartners for Mental Health (PFMH) and CMHA will officially launch the ‘Not Myself Todayworkplace mental health campaign across Canada on May 9th and it will run to June 6th.

This is primarily a fundraising campaign that will solicit funds and support for improving mental health in the workplace while bringing issues related to workplace mental health to the forefront. PFMH has designated CMHA workplace mental health programs and services and its annual Bottom Line Conference as the focus of this campaign.

The final day of the campaign, June 6th will be Not Myself Day @ Work. On this day, there will be a blitz of activity with special events in workplaces across Canada.
