E-QIP – the Excellence through Quality Improvement Project – is coming to a city near you. You are invited to join us.
Addictions Mental Health Ontario (AMHO) and CMHA Ontario are hosting eight meetings across the province to learn more about the regional differences as it relates to quality improvement work in the mental health and addictions sector. This will help us develop and design the Excellence through Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP). E-QIP is a collaborative initiative of AMHO, CMHA Ontario, and Health Quality Ontario. Its aim is to support Ontario’s community mental health and addiction service providers to make care better by enhancing a sector-wide culture of quality improvement. It’s an 18-month project that will build a foundation for integrating quality into the system for years to come.
At a workshop, participants will learn more about the project and what it means in your regional context. Along with your colleagues from the region, we will discuss the quality work that is happening locally, hear your hopes and expectations for the project, and plan how it can support you in your everyday work. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about E-QIP and quality improvement in our sector.
If you are unable to attend in person, but would like to participate please let us know and OTN / Video conferencing will be arranged. Lunch will be provided. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions.
