Deadline extended for MHCC housing survey

The Mental Health Commission of Canada is looking at the housing situation for persons with mental illness who are living in Canada. Your input is important and you are being invited to complete a survey that will take 15-30 minutes of your time.

 The deadline has been extended to June 21, 2010.

MHCC would like to hear from you if you are a person with mental health problems or mental illness; a family member of one or more persons now living with mental health problems; a hospital administrator or clinical lead; a provider of housing or community-based service. Those who provide both mental health services and housing units are asked to complete both questionnaires. French versions of the questionnaires are also available.
