A new app, thinkFull, provides tools and techniques to help understand and manage daily stress. The app is free for iPhone users and was recently launched by TELUS and co-created by CMHA BC Division, Here to Help BC, mindyourmind and other supporters. It provides users with a check-in tool to record stress levels, a library of personalized tips to help relieve stress, and monitoring tools to help recognize long-term patterns.
