Children’s Mental Health Ontario (CMHO) is hosting its annual conference on November 21 – 22, 2011 in Toronto, Ontario. The conference theme is “Partnering for a Better Child and Youth Mental Health System” to support knowledge exchange and to help build community networks.
Submissions are sought that illustrate successes and challenges in partnerships between community-based children’s mental health organizations and other groups such as schools, child welfare agencies, hospitals, family health teams, youth justice/police services, early childhood programs, immigrant/settlement agencies, aboriginal communities, parents and families, youth, other child and youth mental health agencies.
Presenters are required to register and pay for at least one day of the conference.
Presentations should be 90 minutes in length and include opportunities for interaction and discussion. The deadline for presentation submissions is August 5, 2011.
