Last fall, Mental Health Notes reported about a new website – integrationresources.ca – that can help and support organizations, agencies and people who are navigating the challenges of integration in order to achieve meaningful outcomes. Now, the creators the website, Community Health Ontario (CHO) – an alliance between the Association of Ontario Health Centres, the Ontario Community Support Association and Addictions and Mental Health Ontario – and CMHA Ontario are pleased to present a webinar to show how integrationresources.ca can help community health organizations survive and thrive in the world of integration pressures and opportunities. The free webinar, titled Integration Resources – An Online Tool for Healthy Community Collaborations will happen on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
The webinar will help guide you through the site and the information it contains on the spectrum of integration, from informal coordination to mergers and amalgamations. The site also contains tools for transformation, a number of new resources on government directives, and up-to-date information on principles and practices that make or break integration initiatives.
The webinar will also cover a truly valuable feature of integrationresources.ca, and that is the ability for partners in the mental health and addictions sector to upload relevant and useful materials so that others can learn from shared experiences.
