CAST Canada is requesting papers and presentations for a national conference focused on new approaches to trauma. The conference will be exploring emerging, progressive and creative ideas to address trauma for helping professionals and their clients. There is a particular interest in mind-body connections and successful programs and therapies from the community, including service providers and schools. Anyone is encouraged to submit a presentation proposal to help achieve a diversity of perspectives. Creative formats are encouraged.
The conference will take place May 8 and 9, 2013 in Alliston, Ontario. The deadline for submissions is December 14, 2012 with notification by February 8, 2013. The organizers are inviting contact by e-mail or phone before completing the full proposal.
