The Minding Our Bodies project is offering a series of one-hour webinars to help organizations plan their healthy eating and physical activity programs. The training sessions are free but pre-registration is required. The first webinar, “Planning and the Online Health Program Planner (OHPP) 2.0,” will take place on Wednesday, February 14, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. The session will be led by Nimira Lalani, Health Promotion Field Support Specialist, Public Health Ontario. Future webinar topics during February and March will include building effective partnerships, an introduction to the new PAR-Q, community gardening, and an introduction to nutrition resources for program leaders, including the new Healthy Eating Manual from the Nutrition Resource Centre.
