The Advocacy Centre for Tenants Ontario and the Right to Housing Coalition in Toronto are inviting people concerned about the lack of housing and rising homelessness to a march followed by an assembly on Nov. 20 to mark National Housing Day. Highlights of the program include:
- 11 a.m. – March outside the Superior Court of Justice, 361 University Ave. (north of Queen Street. West, Toronto)
- 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Housing Spiral: People’s Assembly on the Right to Housing
Location: Church of the Holy Trinity, 10 Trinity Square (behind Eaton Centre)
The program is free. The venue is wheelchair accessible and ASL interpretation will provided.
A light, hot lunch will be served at Church of the Holy Trinity at noon.
