Three Canadian landmarks were lit green earlier this month to raise awareness for mental health.
At sunset on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, Niagara Falls, the CN Tower and Toronto City Hall were illuminated in green to commemorate Mental Health Week and Children’s Mental Health Week in Ontario. The lit landmarks were a symbolic gesture, meant to shine a light on mental health across the province and remind Ontarians to give their mental health the attention it deserves.
Do you know of other Canadian landmarks that CMHA should try and illuminate for Mental Health Week next year? If so, please let us know. Tweet us at @CMHAOntario or connect with us on Facebook.
