Partners for Mental Health is a national, charitable organization committed to mental health in Canada that is free from shame and stigma, and nurtured by support and understanding.
Its inaugural April campaign, “Not Myself Today,” invites Canadians to join a social movement that transforms the way we think about mental illness. The campaign asks all of us to imagine what it would be like to live with the shame, discrimination and lack of treatment that accompanies mental health disorders.
