The Ontario Human Rights Commission is launching a new policy on Thursday, April 26, 2012, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at York University in Toronto. Titled “Policy on Competing Human Rights,” this policy is intended to be a useful tool for individuals and organizations as they deal with different types of conflict. The policy sets out a process to analyze and reconcile competing rights that emphasizes specific objectives and considerations.
