Registration for the Provincial Human Services and Justice Coordinating Committee (HSJCC) Conference is still open. Titled, “Human Services and Justice: Accomplishments, Challenges and Opportunities,” this conference focuses on a range of themes related to criminal justice, mental health and addictions, and showcases accomplishments and changes taking placing in the human services and justice sectors.
The conference will be held in Toronto from November 21 to 23, 2011 and will feature multiple key note speakers including: Ron Ellis, former Toronto Maple Leaf; Chief Mike Ewles, Durham Regional Police Chief; and Louise Bradley, President of the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
