Join CHMA Ontario and our many partners on Dec. 3 to celebrate the launch of Enabling Minds, a free e-learning resource for physical activity organizations designed to help directors, managers and frontline staff offer more inclusive and accessible customer service for people with mental health disabilities.
Register Onine A panel of guests from the physical activity, mental health, and accessibility sectors will speak about the link between physical activity and mental wellness, what measures need to be taken to serve the needs of people with mental health-related disabilities, and how physical activity organizations can proactively address customer service to reduce stigma, improve accessibility, and promote greater inclusion.

The launch event, #A Better Serve: Enabling Mental Health Accessibility in Ontario’s Physical Activity Field, takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 3 at the YWCA Elm Centre, 87 Elm St., Toronto. Registration is free, but space is limited. Please pre-register online.
