The Talk Today podcast is back for its second episode with Winnipeg Jets prospect, Danny Zhilkin.
Known for his time with the Kitchener Rangers and Guelph Storm in the Ontario Hockey League, Zhilkin is also recognized for his work off the ice, particularly in mental health advocacy.
He has participated in the Talk Today program during his time in the OHL and founded “Zhilkin’s Vision,” a non-profit aimed at addressing mental health in sports.
In this latest episode, Zhilkin delves into the reasons behind his initiative, his own mental health practices, and his preparation for a career in professional hockey.
Hosted by Talk Today program staff Alex Salomie and Justin Dickie, the Talk Today podcast aims to spread mental health awareness in sports through conversations with athletes and others in the sports community who are passionate about mental health.
