Registration is now open for a free webinar profiling recent integration initiatives in the community health sector in Ontario. North and South: Integration Case Studies from the Community Health Sector will feature two presentations. Jeanie Joaquin, CEO of the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities, will share insights from Scarborough’s Palliative Care Community Team, a collaboration of seven cross-sectoral organizations. Annette Katajamaki, Executive Director of CMHA Sault Ste Marie, will share a presentation on lessons learned from the attempt to integrate 13 providers with over 100 mental health and addiction services into one new integrated agency.
