Your Health Space supports healthcare organizations across Ontario to improve mental health in the workplace through live workshops, self-directed modules, and microlearning Wellness Moments. It embraces the holistic view that promoting psychological health and safety in the workplace takes the collective effort of individuals across an entire healthcare organization. As such, this program is offered to Leaders and Health Care Workers employed in hospitals, mental health and addiction services, long-term care homes, and primary, home, and community care settings. Through this program, healthcare workers can learn to recognize and manage symptoms of burnout and moral distress and connect with colleagues through facilitated discussions.
